What is Depth-first Design?
It is the belief that great software is the ultimate expression of creativity, freedom, and art; it is the practice that produces great software by organizing and fostering a team environment unhampered by the arbitrary restrictions and ignorant requirements of the average enterprise software manager; it is the strategy that allows the product to grow through iterative and exploratory design, restricted only by the collective imaginations of its designers and the furthest frontiers of the newest technologies.
